Qualifications:
• Valid New Mexico Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for different age groups, from elementary through high school

Your Impact:
• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEPs and 504 plans
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions to address students fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and special education teams to support student goals
• Educate staff and families on strategies to facilitate participation and performance in classroom routines
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining a student-centered focus throughout the process
