Duties

• Assist the principal in developing and implementing innovative curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and student needs

• Support teachers through classroom coaching, supervision, and professional development initiatives

• Lead efforts in fundraising activities and community engagement to enhance school resources and programs

• Contribute to strategic planning processes to set long-term educational goals and operational priorities

• Manage budgeting processes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for academic and extracurricular programs

• Supervise staff members, including teachers and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment

• Oversee student discipline policies, attendance records, and overall school safety protocols

• Deliver public speaking engagements at school events, parent meetings, and community forums to promote school initiatives

Experience

• Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in elementary teaching and classroom management

• Demonstrated success in curriculum development and instructional leadership

• Prior management or supervisory experience overseeing staff or teams within an educational setting

• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management at a school or district level

• Working knowledge of fundraising strategies to support school programs and initiatives

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, students, and community stakeholders

• Excellent public speaking skills with experience engaging diverse audiences in educational settings
