Instructional leader/ Instructional Coach/ Instructional Supervisor
**This is a 12 month/year round position**
We are seeking an energetic, team-oriented educator to join our supervisory team. Learning Exchange is an educational business, providing Supplemental Instructional Services for students, Family Engagement activities for qualifying families, and Professional Development opportunities for school staff in Milwaukee Non-Public Schools.
Learning Exchange Instructional Leaders are the "on-location representatives" of our company, and responsible for the knowledge and facilitation of all services at their assigned locations. The various services provided by Learning Exchange are planned and coordinated by key members of the Leadership Team, in consultation with school leadership. The Instructional Leader/ Site Supervisor’s role is to ensure the services are implemented in accordance with those plans while also providing our teacher assigned to those schools with mentoring and coaching in their practice.
This role requires travel throughout the city of Milwaukee to be on site at assigned Non-Public Schools to monitor services and manage Learning Exchange employees at the school. Mileage for travel in between schools during the workday is an additional benefit.
Requirements:
• Required: Master's Degree in Educational Leadership
• Required: Current and Valid State of Wisconsin Professional/Master Teaching License. Substitute/ charter/ special education license does not meet requirement.
• Required: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with car insurance
• Preferred: Administrator License or specialist license in the area of reading, math or ESL

Experience:
• At least 5 years of demonstrated Instructional Leadership that includes managing and evaluating teachers in a school or district level position,
• Knowledge of Renaissance STAR and/or Curriculum Associates i-Ready,
• Working as a member of a team in education and/or business settings.
• Understanding of Title services in the Non-Public schools is a plus!
Working Conditions:
• Must be able to drive to different schools throughout the city of Milwaukee
• Must be comfortable walking/driving in various weather conditions
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and climb stairs (up to several floors)
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Must be able to carry up to 20lbs
• Must be able to work in cool or hot spaces (some schools don't have AC)
• Must be able to work in busy and/or small work spaces
• Must be able to handle fast-paced, high needs workload
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Leadership & Teacher Support
• Provide regular coaching and mentoring to teachers.
• Observe and evaluate instructional staff to support professional growth.
• Facilitate monthly 1:1 coaching sessions and provide data-driven feedback.
• Lead teacher onboarding, probation reviews, and evaluations.
• Support attendance tracking, enrollment processes, and instructional compliance.
• Plan and deliver professional development and training sessions.
Program Oversight
• Manage and monitor supplemental instructional services (afterschool, academic support, summer school).
• Create and adjust instructional schedules in partnership with school leaders.
• Support the use of digital tools and instructional technology.
• Organize and track family engagement activities.
• Submit teacher timecards, instructional hours, and inventory documentation accurately and on time.
Collaboration & Communication
• Serve as the main liaison between Learning Exchange and school sites.
• Participate in regular site meetings to review student progress and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and school leadership to ensure quality service delivery.
• Communicate staffing needs, absences, and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
• Contribute to program reports and leadership meetings.
