Job Summary
White Rock North School is a growing private early childhood and elementary school dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging educational environment for children and families. We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, staff, and prospective families.
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional school environment. This individual will manage front office operations, provide exceptional customer service, support enrollment efforts, and assist school leadership with administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working with children and families.
Responsibilities
• Greet and assist parents, visitors, vendors, and prospective families.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.
Manage visitor check-in procedures and campus security protocols.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
