An innovative educational nonprofit organization is looking for an Impact Manager to lead the execution of the Whole School Whole Child service model. In this pivotal role, you will:
• Guide and support corps members to ensure they are effectively delivering services that promote student well-being.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with schools to foster collaboration and community engagement.
• Ensure that all programs are implemented efficiently and meet the needs of the schools and students.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• A deep compassion for urban youth and a strong commitment to impactful education reform.
