Core Responsibilities:
• Lesson Planning and Instruction: Develop lesson plans that fulfill curriculum standards, utilizing diverse instructional strategies and managing a classroom of over 20 students.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor student progress through assessments, provide constructive feedback, and accurately record performance.
• Classroom Management: Create a productive learning environment by establishing and maintaining classroom rules.
• Communication and Collaboration: Engage regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.

Minimum Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree prior to your start at Success Academy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A fervent passion for learning and dedication to student growth.
• A commitment to working in-person in New York City.

The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000, depending on experience.
