Your Contributions Will Include:
• Lesson Planning and Instruction: Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, employing varied instructional strategies to engage all learners.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records of performance.
• Classroom Management: Establish and uphold classroom rules to create an effective learning environment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Regularly communicate with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational community.

Minimum Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree by your initial work date at Success Academy (no prior education experience necessary).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for continuous learning and commitment to student success.
• Ability to work in-person in New York City (with a $2,500 stipend available for qualified relocations).
• Salary range is $65,000, with specific compensation reflecting skills and experience.
