Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BS)
• Minimum 2 year of recent experience teaching English to adult learners
• Experience working in multicultural learning environments preferred
• Comfort using learning management systems (LMS) and classroom technology
• Key Responsibilities
• As an ESL Instructor, you will:
• Develop and deliver engaging, student-centered lesson plans designed for adult learners
• Facilitate interactive classroom activities that promote real-world communication skills
• Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to support improvement
• Use educational technology and LMS tools to enhance learning and organization
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to share best practices and strengthen curriculum delivery
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that supports student success
Position Details for Morning Shift
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–1:30 PM
Meetings: 2 Thursday afternoons per month
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Work Location: In-person (Downtown Los Angeles, CA)

Position Details for Evening Shift
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM (EE Evening program)
+ Monday and Tuesday from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm (EE 2 Day program)
Meetings: 2 Thursday afternoons per month
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Work Location: In-person (Downtown Los Angeles, CA)
