Duties
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support teachers in implementing best instructional practices.
• Develop, review, and refine curriculum materials aligned with educational standards using instructional design principles.
• Utilize project management skills to coordinate training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
• Design engaging e-learning content using tools like Adobe Captivate, SCORM standards, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard.
• Support teachers in integrating learning technology tools into their classrooms to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
• Conduct classroom observations to provide constructive feedback on teaching strategies and classroom management.
• Facilitate presentations and workshops that improve teaching skills in areas such as content development, assessment strategies, and instructional technology.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to develop innovative instructional materials that meet diverse learner needs.

Experience
• Proven experience in teaching or classroom instruction across diverse educational settings.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Blackboard or similar platforms.
• Expertise in developing online courses using Adobe Captivate or comparable e-learning authoring tools aligned with SCORM standards.
• Demonstrated ability in curriculum development and integrating learning technology into instruction.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering engaging presentations and coaching sessions.
• Knowledge of adult education principles and best practices for professional development programs.
• Project management experience to coordinate multiple initiatives efficiently while meeting deadlines. Pay: $44,688.85 - $60,000.00 per year
