Job Description

Leading the post-sales journey for schools, the full-time School Success Lead will manage onboarding, support, engagement, and retention efforts to ensure client satisfaction and success in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the School Success function to drive satisfaction, retention, and renewals through proactive engagement Own the onboarding process for new and renewing clients, ensuring successful adoption of Revision Village Gather and synthesize client feedback to support product development and improve the end-to-end client lifecycle Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in client experience, customer success, account management, or operations with leadership experience Proven track record in building or improving customer success and support systems Strong people management and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights through cross-functional collaboration Proficiency with CRM/support tools and strong reporting and spreadsheet skills
