The benefits package includes (5) five benefits;

Our District has a maximum employer annual contribution cap of $17,407 that it will pay towards these (5) five benefits. Employee-only coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life & AD&D coverage of $50,000, and Long-Term Disability is paid by the district and are included in the district's maximum annual contribution cap of $17,407.
