We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Part-Time Pre-School Dance Teacher to inspire young children through the joy of movement and dance. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement age-appropriate dance curriculum that promotes early childhood development and creativity
• Lead lively dance classes that incorporate ballet, theater, and other movement styles suitable for preschoolers
• Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement techniques to ensure a safe and supportive environment
• Plan and prepare lesson plans that align with developmental milestones and educational standards
• Foster a love of dancing by encouraging participation, self-expression, and teamwork among young students
• Incorporate additional activities such as photography or sewing projects to enhance creative learning experiences
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress and classroom activities
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to active movement and learning
Experience
• Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational or childcare setting is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability in teaching dance, ballet, or movement classes to young children
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages
• Classroom management skills to effectively oversee group activities and behavior

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
