The Susquehanna Township School District is seeking Secondary Summer School Teachers at the Susquehanna Township High School, Monday through Thursday, June 22 through July 23. Selected teachers will receive 2 planning hours prior to the commencement of the program. Staff hours are 7:45am to 11:45pm. All applicants must be highly motivated and student centered. The successful candidate will have an understanding of state and federal law, progress monitoring, best educational practice in literacy and data driven instruction.
Teachers should also be able to show accelerated growth in student achievement through pre and post assessments. This is an opportunity to work and practice in a highly successful and outstanding School District dedicated to the success of children. Salary is $40.00/hour and the number of staff will be determined based on enrollment of students.
