Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Director of Career Services at North-West College, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Regional Director will oversee the delivery of career services across multiple campuses, including managing employer partnerships, developing career resources, and ensuring students are well-prepared for job placements. Responsibilities include leading a team of career advisors, organizing workshops, evaluating job placement rates, conducting employer outreach, and providing guidance to students through career counseling, mock interviews, and training on job search strategies.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Career Services, Career Counseling, and Career Development
• Proficiency in guiding students with Mock Interviews and Job Search Strategies
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience building partnerships with employers and creating career development programs
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Prior experience in an educational or vocational training environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master’s degree is a plus
