About The Language School
The Language School is a fast-growing English and Spanish school for adults in Denver.
Since opening our new location, we have experienced explosive growth and are currently filling multiple new classes every month.
We are looking for bilingual English/Spanish teachers who want more than just random tutoring hours.
This is an opportunity to become part of a growing long-term team with:

Important: Evening & Weekend Availability Needed
Our highest-demand class times are:
📅 Monday–Friday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
📅 Saturdays & Sundays
Teachers looking for more hours and long-term growth opportunities should be available during at least some of these time slots.
What You’ll Do
• Teach small-group adult ESL classes
• Use our structured curriculum and presentations (no lesson planning)
• Lead conversation-based lessons
• Help adult students build confidence speaking English
• Create a positive and professional classroom environment

Compensation & Benefits
💵 Starting Pay:
👉 $25/hour

Teachers who successfully learn our system and demonstrate strong classroom management, professionalism, and reliability may qualify for additional opportunities as the school grows.
These opportunities may include:
• Pay increases to $30/hour for Lead Teachers with 6–12 months of experience
• Additional teaching hours and expanded responsibilities
• Management and leadership positions with salaries and paid time off
• Opportunities to help train and mentor new teachers
• Future opportunities to become School Directors as we expand
• Long-term opportunities for ownership and leadership in future school locations

💪 Wellness & Healthcare Support Program Available for Full-Time Teachers averaging 20+ hours/week:

Requirements
• Conversational English and Spanish
• Must live in Denver and teach in person
• Strong communication skills
