ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
------------------
Blazer Jobs is seeking experienced and motivated Special Education Teachers for Resource and Co-Teaching placements at the middle and high school levels in the Raytown, MO area. These are full school-year contract positions ideal for educators who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about helping students with diverse learning needs reach their full potential.
Classroom settings include:
Resource Room Delivering targeted, small-group and individualized instruction to students who require additional academic support outside of the general education classroom
Co-Teaching Partnering alongside general education teachers to provide inclusive, differentiated instruction and support for students with IEPs within the general education setting

REQUIREMENTS
------------------
Active, full Missouri Special Education teaching license
Experience working with students with disabilities at the middle or high school level preferred
Strong ability to develop, manage, and implement IEPs
Comfortable working collaboratively with general education teachers and support staff
Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
