Duties
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
• Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and active participation among students.
• Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and respectful learning space.
• Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student assessments, attendance, and other classroom activities in accordance with school policies.
