Applicants must meet Texas state requirements, including a Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field and active Texas teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Typical job duties include developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), providing direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, collaborating with general education teachers and multidisciplinary teams, monitoring student progress, and maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
