Job Description
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Part-Time Elementary and Middle School Teachers to inspire and educate young learners across various grade levels. Responsibilities
•
Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for elementary and middle school students
•
Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management and classroom organization
•
Support literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and other core subjects with creative teaching strategies
•
Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and ongoing observations
•
Provide individualized tutoring and academic advising to support diverse learning needs, including students with autism or special education requirements
•
Maintain clear communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding student development and classroom activities
Requirements
•
Prior classroom experience working with children in elementary or middle school settings
•
Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design
•
Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
•
Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities
•
Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members
