Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Secondary Teacher based in Miami, FL. The Secondary Teacher will be responsible for delivering effective lessons that align with the school's curriculum, preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The teacher will encourage academic achievement and personal growth while collaborating with colleagues, parents, and students to support the overall mission of Pinecrest Glades Academy.
Qualifications
• Certification as a Qualified Teacher with a strong foundation in educational practices
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development to create engaging and effective instructional material
• Expertise in teaching subjects such as Mathematics and the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner
• Strong Teaching and Communication skills for delivering lessons and maintaining clear and respectful communication with students, parents, and colleagues
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, a subject-specific field, or a related area; a Master's degree is a plus
• A passion for education, dedication to fostering student achievement, and a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Prior experience in secondary education is preferred, but not mandatory
