Job Opening: Junior Varsity Girls Volleyball Head Coach
Jewish Community High School located in San Francisco is seeking a JV Girls Volleyball Head Coach for the Fall 2026 season. The season begins on August 10, 2026 and continues until late October. Practices are Monday through Thursday, and games are generally scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-6pm (this includes applicable travel time, warm ups and game time).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties associated with planning, organizing, and supervising team practices and games
- Develop and implement game strategies
- Model good sportsmanship and maintain appropriate conduct towards players, officials, and spectators
- Adhere to all CIF, NCS, and BAC rules and regulations
Experience/Qualifications:
A strong candidate would be someone with experience coaching volleyball at the high school and/or college level - any additional experience is welcome. Potential candidates must be able to teach the fundamentals of volleyball as well as be able to work and challenge higher level players. Compensation:
Competitive, and commensurate with experience
