Job Information:

Position: School Nurse

Location: Multi-assigned

Work Year: 175 Days, 8 hours per day: 2026-2027 School Year

Salary Range: $59,044-$111,614 ($59,044-$71,060 for external candidates based on experience and education)

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Job Summary:

The overall objective of this position is to provide health services that facilitates and promotes optimal learning for all children and youth by assisting students to improve or adapt to their health status.

Qualifications:

Required:

BS Degree

Ability to obtain CDE School Nurse Licensure

Ability to provide training in CPR, First Aide and universal precautions and provide training to district personnel and low level medical interventions for children.

Preferred:

Experience with children

Condition of Employment: Applicants must be willing to participate in District No. 70 Payroll Direct Deposit Program. All hires will complete a background check.
