Job Description
We are seeking individuals interested in starting a career in education as Bilingual Elementary School Teachers. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into teaching who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact.
Location: Miami, Florida
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and deliver classroom instruction for grades K–5
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Set clear expectations and routines
• Use interactive teaching methods (group work, projects, discussions)
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Build a respectful and inclusive classroom culture
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and school leadership
• Participate in meetings and professional development
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Interest in pursuing or currently pursuing state teaching certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
• Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Florida DCF 45-hour training (preferred or willingness to complete)
