Job Description
Two Goals With One Solution, The Staff Our Schools Difference!
ECE teachers are seeking balance and flexibility for their lives outside of the classroom, and child care centers depend on teachers to be focused and engaged while present in the classroom. Our company utilizes a staff self-scheduling model which helps to address the difficulty that most ECE communities face on a daily basis: support for child care classrooms AND flexibility for ECE teachers.
Our ECE teachers provide essential support for our partner centers by filling in the staffing shortages that centers are facing, and our scheduling system gives teachers the ability to create weekly work schedules that work with (not against) their time in the classroom. This partnership between child care centers and teachers creates a very intentional care safety net for our earliest learners and support for classrooms when they need it most!
Work Schedules That Actually Work FOR Teachers!
Our company standard for staff created work schedules addresses both the staffing needs of child care centers and the desire that most ECE teachers have for flexibility and balance. Addressing both concerns evenly has helped us to: 1.) keep ECE teachers present in classrooms 2.) keep centers with adequate staffing and 3.) keep children with the proper support and care that is needed for healthy and consistent growth and development.
