This role contributes directly to Endeavor Schools’ mission of empowering educators and fostering meaningful learning experiences for young children.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will support lead teachers in delivering high-quality infant care and age-appropriate learning experiences in a Montessori-inspired classroom setting. You will help ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment where infants can grow, explore, and develop essential early skills.
• Assist in implementing age-appropriate infant curriculum and learning activities
• Prepare, organize, and maintain classroom learning materials and resources
• Supervise infants during play, meals, and naptime to ensure safety and comfort
• Support children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs throughout the day
• Monitor and document developmental progress and daily activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning atmosphere
• Engage children in interactive activities that promote growth and early learning

Required Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units and Teacher Qualification (TQ)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants (ages 0–2)
• Cleared background check as per state and accreditation standards
• Ability to use basic technology such as a laptop computer and smartphone
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, nurturing attitude, and genuine interest in infant development

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in early childhood education or Montessori environments
• Background in childcare, healthcare, retail, or customer service with transferable skills
• Understanding of infant developmental milestones and early learning practices
• Passion for creating engaging, safe, and supportive learning spaces for young children

Compensation and Benefits:
• Hourly pay rate: $26.00 – $28.00 (based on education and experience)
