Join our dedicated team as a Mental Health Therapist, specializing in supporting children and youth aged 5-18 in a school setting. We are currently seeking candidates who hold a valid ASW, AMFT, APCC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW certification. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 90K to 130K, along with a 10K sign-on bonus and excellent benefits!
As a full-time, permanent School District Mental Health Clinician, you will enjoy:
• A school schedule of 36 weeks per year

• Work hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, providing therapy that fits within the school day

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing culturally competent, individualized mental health therapy to students in grades K-12
• Working with a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week across multiple schools
• Collaborating closely with school counselors, families, and a supportive team
• Receiving ongoing training and support from the organization
Requirements:
• Master's Degree and licensed in California as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or AMFT, APCC, ASW
• Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Prior experience in Community Mental Health, Federally Qualified Health Centers, or Schools is preferred
• Clear criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license is required
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary range of 90K - 130K
