Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education License or in progress (see https://cool.randasolutions.com/Public/Search)

• CPI training preferred (provided if needed)

• Willingness to travel/relocate to the Denver metro area by July 2026

• Open to both seasoned professionals and new graduates

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Case management and individualized instruction for caseloads ranging from 10–40 students

• Support in generalist/resource or center-based classrooms (grades K–12)

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement IEPs

• Foster inclusive learning environments and maintain student records
