An after-school resource position is available near Portland, OR. This role involves providing support and guidance to students in a safe and engaging after-school environment. Assist in implementing educational and recreational activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development. Collaborate with a team to create a positive and inclusive space for students. Plan and organize age-appropriate activities to enhance academic and personal growth. Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere for students to thrive in. Must have a passion for working with students and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. Experience in education or youth development is preferred.
