Small Independent Private School seeking Creative, Dynamic Teacher (Kindergarten & 2nd Grade)
We are a warm, nurturing, independent private school seeking a creative, dynamic, and dedicated teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Differentiate instruction to meet a range of learning needs
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
Qualifications
• Teaching experience in early elementary grades (Kindergarten and/or 2nd grade preferred)
• Creative, energetic, and flexible teaching style
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
• B.A. in Elementary Education or equivalent Teaching Certification (required)

Preferred:
• Cassroom experience working with young children in kindergarten or 2nd grade settings
• Proficient knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and behavior management techniques
• Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and assessment techniques for young learners
• Prior experience in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
