Join our team as an Classroom Teacher and play a vital role in shaping young minds at our school. We are looking for a passionate educator with expertise in K-9 classroom management, and to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our students. MUST HAVE Ohio Educator License.
• *Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the educational needs of elementary school students.
- Teach various subjects including , Maths, English, Science, Social Studies , and other core subjects, fostering a comprehensive learning experience.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and enhance the school's curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Implement early childhood education principles and early intervention strategies to support students' growth and development.
- Incorporate Montessori methods and childhood development practices into teaching approaches to promote holistic learning.
• *Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
- Prior experience in elementary education, with a focus on curriculum development and classroom management.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, utilizing innovative teaching methods, and adapting to diverse learning styles.
- Familiarity with concepts, early childhood education principles, and Montessori methodologies is preferred.
- Strong passion for teaching, nurturing young learners, and contributing to their academic and personal growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
