Qualifications and Experience:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing
• Previous experience as a Behavior Specialist or in a related behavioral support role within educational settings
• Solid understanding of implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with students, teachers, and families
• Capacity to model positive behavior strategies and manage challenging behaviors compassionately
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic school environments
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in behavioral health

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions to students as outlined by supervisory staff
• Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to support student success
• Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and consultations with supervising BCBAs
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all behavioral program requirements
• Provide coaching to staff and caregivers on intervention strategies, as appropriate
