Job Summary of After-school STEM Enrichment Teacher & Teaching Assistant:
This role involves engaging students in hands-on coding and robotics lessons, tracking their progress, and maintaining clear communication with management about student development. The position offers the opportunity to inspire the next generation of innovators while making a meaningful impact in the field of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) education.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of After-school STEM Enrichment Teacher & Teaching Assistant:
• Effectively manage a classroom of children aged 6-11 years old, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Engage students in coding and robotics lessons based on a structured curriculum and adapt lessons based on individual classroom needs.
• Observe, track, and document student progress, attendance, and participation in activities.
• Maintain open communication with management to discuss student progress, needs, and any concerns that may arise.
• Assist with the setup and preparation of materials for classes and workshops.
