Job Description
Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to provide school-based services for a local school district this summer, ESY.
Program Hours, Dates, and Details:
• 3 Days of Training: June 23-25, 2026
• 4 Day Work Weeks: Monday-Thursday (no nights/weekends!)
• 5 Weeks of Work: June 29 to July 30, 2026
• Hours: Paraeducators (Teacher Assistants) 8:45-2:45, Teachers 8:30-3:00, Related Services are flexible

• This is a 1099 Independent contracting position, allowing for greater flexibility.
• Kelly Pediatric Therapy provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.
• School-Based Academy: We provide the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successful.
• Lending Library: Kelly Pediatric Therapy recognizes the additional expenses in providing evaluation for materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapist to borrow as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Assessing children’s skills and learning requirements
• Designing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with parents and school staff to track students progress

Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree
