Assists with after school programs and activities for students in El Paso. Provides supervision and guidance, fostering a safe and supportive environment. Assists students with homework, facilitates educational games and crafts, and oversees recreational activities. Supports program coordinators in organizing events and implementing curriculum. Monitors student behavior and ensures adherence to program rules. Collaborates with fellow staff members to create positive and engaging learning experiences. Supports student development and encourages academic and personal growth.
