Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for Middle School Teachers at MURPHY ELEMENTARY DISTRICT, located in Phoenix, AZ. Teachers will be responsible for creating and delivering effective lessons, designing and implementing curriculum, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Responsibilities also include evaluating student progress, providing feedback to support growth, and collaborating with parents, faculty, and staff to meet educational goals. Teachers will actively contribute to the development of students' academic, social, and emotional growth while maintaining clear and open communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to deliver engaging and effective instruction
• Strong knowledge of Middle School teaching methods and subject-specific content
• Excellent Teaching and Classroom Management skills
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field; a teaching certification is preferred
• Passion for fostering student success and ability to work with a diverse student population
• Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and tools is a plus
• Experience in an educational setting or classroom environment is advantageous
