Your key responsibilities will include:
• Implementing KinderCare's curriculum tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partnering with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Supporting your center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Building positive relationships with families, educators, licensing authorities, community connections, and corporate partners.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective multi-tasking to handle diverse situations.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification or be willing to do so.
• Physically capable of lifting at least 40 pounds and working indoors and outdoors.
• Able to maintain low postures for physical and visual engagement with children, and to communicate effectively in English with children and their parents.
