We are seeking passionate Infant and Toddler Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our vibrant team at 4041 County Road 210 W, St Johns, FL 32259.
Responsibilities
• Implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to infants and toddlers students.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.
• Manage classroom activities and behavior to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Support children's individual needs through personalized attention.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
• Follow all safety and health regulations diligently.
Qualifications
• Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Passion for nurturing children's growth and curiosity.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Educational background in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus.
