Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Forest Hill, MD. The Preschool Teacher will implement and manage daily lesson plans, foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, and promote social, emotional, and intellectual development in young children. Additional responsibilities include organizing activities that support educational goals, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students, and collaborating with colleagues and families to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications
• Experience with Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create engaging and effective educational activities.
• Strong knowledge and application of Early Childhood Education practices and principles.
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with children, colleagues, and families.
• Familiarity with Kindergarten transition requirements and readiness standards.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
